The whole world is full of seriously corrupt evil murderous governments. Japan is sacrificing their citizens rather than getting them out of the area and saving their lives. This will be a slow death for all of them and anyone else in the area that is also getting irradiated in the pacific rim and US west coast. foretold in the Bible prophecies... 1/3 of the worlds oceans will be dead.
